The Kent County Land Bank Authority (KCLBA) Board feels it is vital that public bodies have an effective and efficient mechanism to engage stakeholders in their work. Therefore, the Board formed a study committee in July 2011 to develop the function and structure of the Advisory Council. The Bylaws of the KCLBA call for the formation of an Advisory Council to provide public input on the work of the land bank.
